Haha, ok so this is a culmination of lameity on my part:
- Did not work on the painting I was supposed to be doing, did this instead D:
- I think I have enough Luca in my gallery but uh heres another one
- I have a conlang :c
- I made an alphabet for my conlang :C
- I put serifs for my font for my conlang :C :C

Anyways, I love propaganda, and I felt like doing something punchy so here you go. I can't tell you what the whole phrase says cuz I'm planning on using it in a comic later and don't want to ruin the effect XD

I might add something to the flag in the bg later but I kind of like it the way it is now.

In case you want to ask, this is all done in default brush in PS CS2! Just a lot of blending. And the lovely textures are from ~mimm, who posted them on her LJ a while back.
